Repair Process:

  1. Fill out the form below to contact me about your repair and to schedule an appointment for a fitting.*

  2. Please make sure your jeans are properly washed before scheduling a fitting/drop off. Don’t forget to uncuff your jeans before wash to get all the grit out.

  3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for our turn around time unless otherwise stated when I contact you back.

  4. When your repair is ready for pick up or return mail, you will receive an invoice from me via email. You must pay before pick up or return mail, unless we make arrangements otherwise.

  5. Please read the FAQ page before filling out form below.

  6. If you do not describe the type of repair you need, I will not respond to your message. Please refrain from sending multiple messages, if you have not heard from me, please wait and I will get to your message as soon as I can.

*Please make note that fittings will now be charged a fee for anything over 30 minutes, and every subsequent 30 minutes afterwards. Price TBD.
